Kluang District (居銮), in the state of Johor, Malaysia, is about 2 hours by public transport from Johor Bahru. Also known as "Bat Town", Kluang town is located at the foot of Gunung Lambak and surrounded by many plantations, especially oil palm, cocoa and tea.

Taking a hike to the peak of Gunung Lambak or buying traditional pastries, such as mung bean biscuits, mooncakes, etc, and coffee powder are common reasons to visit Kluang.
