Bún bò Huế, or spicy Vietnamese beef noodle, is a specialty noodle dish from Hue in Central Vietnam. Lilly Norhana's bún bò Huế is served mild-spicy and accompanied by spicy Muslim-style sambal chilli in a separate dish for spicing up the dish as desired. The noodle dish uses thick rice vermicelli in a flavourful broth and topped with tender beef slices, tendons and slices of beef shank. The soup has nice flavours of typical Vietnamese spices, including mint leaves, sweet shallots, etc. This is very delicious.

The Banh Mi (chicken) is served with generous amount of chicken meat that is stir-fried with shallots, etc, and stuffed in French-style baguette with tomatoes. The long baguette is crispy outside, soft inside and gives that pleasant crunch when munching on the sandwich. The chicken filling is mildly spicy and not too salty. It is a light dish with pleasant tastes.

Goi Cuon Tom Ga, or fresh Vietnamese spring roll, is a light snack that is not deep-fried and usually served with light Vietnamese-style dipping sauce that is made using fish sauce as the main condiment. Lilly Norhana's spring roll has fresh prawns, grilled chicken, thick rice vermicelli and lettuce wrap in rice paper without any condiments. The mildly sweet-sour-savoury-spicy dipping sauce gives flavours to the refreshing spring roll.
