Ipoh Curry Noodle (怡保咖喱面) is a food stall located in Broadway Coffee Shop in Bukit Batok West Shopping Centre. The name of the stall gives an impression that it sells mainly curry noodle from Ipoh, but it is actually a roasted delights stall serving steamed chicken and roasted meats with rice, noodles or chee cheong fun (猪肠粉). Curry noodle dishes are the stall's signatures. The stall also serves Ipoh-style steamed / roasted chicken with beansprouts.

The Ipoh Curry Chicken Bee Hoon Noodle (怡保咖喱鸡米粉面) is served with thin rice vermicelli and yellow noodle in curry broth with steamed chicken meat (not curry chicken), fried pig skin, tofu puff, long beans and beansprouts. The coconut-milk-based curry is mildly sweet-spicy, not viscous and easy to drink. The steamed chicken is smooth and tender and the pig skin and tofu puffs are nice to eat after soaking in the curry. This is delicious.

In Ipoh, it is rather common to use chee cheong fun (steamed rice rolls) as a form of noodle in dishes. The Ipoh Curry Char Siew Chee Cheong Fun (怡保咖喱叉烧猪肠粉) uses chee cheong fun the Ipoh way with char siew (barbecue pork), fried pig skin, tofu puff, long beans and sprinkled with white sesame seeds — it is the companion of a typical chee cheong fun dish. The char siew is succulent with additional curry flavour. I like this dish too.

Ipoh Curry Noodle stall has an interesting concept to serve its roasted delights with rice and different styles of noodle the Ipoh way.
