Hao Xiang Seafood White Bee Hoon (豪乡海鲜白米粉) is a zi char (cooked food) stall that specialises in seafood white bee hoon (rice vermicelli) as its name implies. The stall is located in Happy Hawkers in Bukit Batok Central. It shares the same stall space with Ba 8!, a Vietnamese food stall, which explains why Hao Xiang's signboard is above Ba 8! stall.

Hao Xiang's service counter is installed at the side of the stall with a side entrance into the stall space. Aside from their signature seafood white bee hoon, Hao Xiang also serves cooked dishes, especially seafood dishes, such as Singapore-flavoured chilli crab, butter crab, and a long list of others.

The wet-style Seafood White Bee Hoon (海鲜白米粉) is served using thin rice vermicelli with fresh big prawns, squids, egg and greens in light savoury soup. A lime adds flavour to the dish. The dish is flavourful and simply delicious.

The Lala Red Groupa White Bee Hoon (啦啦红斑白米粉) is served in similar style using slices of red grouper fish meat and white clams (lala) as main ingredients. It is similarly delicious and the seafood used are very fresh.

The bee hoon dishes may seem lesser in portion when freshly cooked because the rice vermicelli has not absorbed the soup yet — let it stands for 15 minutes and the rice vermicelli will absorb more soup, get bloated and turn soggy. Unlike yellow noodle (made with wheat flour, water, salts) or mee pok / mee kia (wheat flour, water, with/without egg, salts), unflavoured rice vermicelli is nearly 99% rice flour. Thus, a standard serving size of rice vermicelli, despite its meagre appearance, has rice content and calories equivalent to a bowl of plain rice.
