Born Hokkien Prawn Mee (文文福建炒虾面) is a noodle stall located in Chang Cheng Mee Wah (长城美华), a coffee shop, below Block 324 in Bukit Batok (or Bukit Gombak). The stall serves only Hokkien prawn mee and extra ingredients can be added at a small price.

The Hokkien Prawn Mee (福建炒虾面) uses yellow noodle and medium-size rice vermicelli, instead of the typical thick one, to stir-fry with prawns, sotong (calamari), shreds of pork belly meat, egg, and topped with crispy fried pork lard, lime and sambal chilli. The noodle combination is unusual and gives the Hokkien mee a different texture from others. The taste is very nice too.

Born's Hokkien prawn mee gives a different taste experience from other Hokkien mee in Bukit Batok. Do try it!
