Rojak.Popiah & Cockle (啰惹.薄饼.鲜蛤), located in Maxwell Food Centre, is a really direct name — the stall serves rojak, popiah, fresh cockles and others. Even without a name, the stall is recommended by Singapore Michelin Guide.

Rojak, a Malay term, typically refers to a fruit salad dish in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. The fruits used need to be ripe and fresh as no cooking is involved.
The stall's rojak has common ingredients like slices of pineapple, cucumber, fried dough fritters, turnip and beansprouts topped with shrimp paste sauce and coarsely-ground peanuts. The sauce is well-balanced between savouriness, sweetness, sourness and spiciness (optional). It is nice-tasting with no discomfort in the throat from too much thick sauce.

Aside from the three items mentioned, there are cuttlefish, fried dough and tau pok (tofu puff) too.
